Delete your account

In the app, open the Profile tab, tap Account Settings, then tap Delete Account. It happens right away and permanently removes your profile, photo, availability, hangout history, and every conversation you're part of. It can't be undone.

If you can't get into the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Report or block someone

In a conversation, tap the menu at the top right, then choose Report or Block. When you block someone, neither of you can find the other or start a conversation, and they aren't told. You can see and unblock people under Account Settings, then Blocked Users.

We review every report within 24 hours and remove anyone who breaks our rules. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 first.

Common questions

How does matching work?

We put you in a small group of recent grads based on your interests, the times you're free, and your city. You'll get a notification when your group is ready.

How do I get matched to a hangout?

Set the times you're free and fill in your interests. You can also request a specific hangout from the Explore tab. People who ask for one are matched into it first.

How do I change when I'm free?

Open the Profile tab and edit the "When I'm Free" section.

Can I skip a hangout?

Yes. If you don't confirm your spot after you're matched, it may go to someone else. To keep it, confirm from the Home tab.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. We'll email you a 6-digit code to set a new one.
